And though a Friendly individual, his lose of loved ones and devotion to his people, and persistent self conscious behavior regarding his public image and perception leave him unopened towards others and secluded. Often alone and private, the pressure of his responsibility and duty to his fellow Librans during and following the fall lead to stimulant abuse, and he continues the struggle to never relapse. Character Background: Born into an aristocratic family and the Youngest of Four children to the Charles Johnson Wyndom(Earl of Stenberga, title omitted in public records), Cedric was always interested in the protection and safety of Libra, and despite being against his father's wish’s, Cedric applied to the Royal Libran Military Academy where he was accepted to become an officer. Upon His graduation he was immediately commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Saxberg Knights, (named in Honor of the Saxberg Royal Family) a regiment of the Home guard Cavalry of the Libran Defense Force. Quickly His military career was prospering fruitfully and he began to make a name for himself. However, Following the Tragic loss of his sister from a mysterious shuttle accident, and the Murder of his Father and Brother, Cedric quickly halted his career and altered his aspirations and interests, by resigning his commission, and entered upon a political career. After an argues and restless campaign, Cedric was elected to the Libran Parliament; utilizing his Military background, and personal accomplishments, as experience, Cedric began to quickly make allies in political circles. And growing to become one of the most accomplished and respected members in Government, it came as little surprise when Cedric was promoted to the Cabinet as Home Secretary, in charge of libran protection and safety, and sworn in as a Privy Counselor to HRM. As Home Secretary and a Privy Counselor, Cedrics independent, frank, and yet loyal approach in working with His Royal Majesty began to create a bond and friendship between the two. And for his service and loyalty, Cedric was knighted to the Most Noble Order of the Garter, and was promoted as Private Secretary to the Sovereign. Among his first and continuous acts as His Royal Majesties Private Secretary, was a massive public out reach and revitalization campaigns throughout Libra, ultimately leading to an economic and cultural boom. While serving as a Marine, Cedric spent his spare and off time, assisting his fellow Librans always. And following the uniting of the two fleets, and liberation of New Caprica, was requested by his fellow Librans to be their welfare officer for the Libran-registered liners. Quickly, and yet still reluctantly agreeing too, Cedric took up residence on the much-crowded Space Park Passenger Liner, despite offers for a suite on a resort liner, as Welfare officer. Section from Surviving Royal Archive Records: With His Royal majesty growing ever older, he wished to hand over some public and ceremonial duties, however with no Heir apparent to the thrown, and unhappy with the character and ambitions of those in the immediate royal family line. Their Royal Majesties the King and Queen, Prince Cedric, and the new Private Secretary to the Sovereign prepared to return to the Libra City, from their royal retreat, Welxbourn Castle in the Lorien Mountains. They watched in horror as the cylons begun their attack, and the distant view of the great Libran capital was consumed by light brighter than the sun, and over come by the formation of mushroom clouds.
